Split Double Dips Part II
I love this film! It captures the colours so beautifully and really makes me feel like I'm back in sunny Split. It's a fun choice with this camera too.

Split in cream...
One of my favourite things about Split was the lovely coloured buildings, everything was so light and fresh, especially compared to how dark the buildings seem here in the UK. This Kodak Portra 160NC film perfectly compliments the buildings I think as well.
Also the sphinx in one of those photos - that's a real Egyptian sphinx! I completely geeked out over that - it's about 3500 years old! There used to be many more around the palace but only three have survived- one is in the museum, one is headless and the other is in the main square as you can see - so cool!

In the sea...
The sea in Split was stunning and I loved that all the locals were out swimming in it. One thing I definitely wanted to see was people playing Picigin - a traditional ball game from Split where the players keep the ball from touching the water and we did, hurray!
