Whitby Phone Photos Part 1...
So I took a lot of photos on holiday... In fact, when you combine all the photos on my phone (and 13 rolls of film, cough) I'm actually surprised by how many.
I blame the fact that we had wi-fi and phone signals! And also that I love taking photos.
Some of these I shared on Instagram but I was surprised by how many photos I took and never got around to sharing too, so some of these will hopefully be new to you...
Don't the skies look so blue. We were very lucky with the weather!
p.s. I've had a little blog layout update, I decided to tinker this morning and ended up redoing the whole thing, what do you think?
A little catch up...
It's September! Can you believe it? I can't... but I am happy that September is finally here as this month we're going to Whitby, woohoo!! I can't wait already.
August flew by, I really enjoyed catching up with my photos as part of The August Break, especially the Paris photos. I really can't believe that its been a year since we were there now.
But now I need to catch up with August, so what did I actually do?
Our parents came to visit and we took our Mum's out on a couple of day trips.
I did a lot of crochet (including an attempt at an owl using the crocodile stitch, so fun!).
I saw two golden post boxes, one in Horsforth and one in Leeds City Centre.
We went to two museums.
I went to an amazing cake club meeting and ate a lot of cake.
And then finished the month off with a glorious day at the beach, hurray!!
How was August for you?

Leeds Corn Exchange
One of the most prominent memories that I have of my first visit to Leeds (way back in my first year of Uni) was the Corn Exchange.
With its beautiful light, gorgeous details and pretty features, I loved just being inside the building and wondering around it taking it all in.
This weekend I took my cousin there for the first time and I enjoyed seeing it fresh through her eyes again. It's a shame I didn't take a film camera as the light was stunning.
