My favourite Diana Mini photos Part 2...

Continuing on from Part 1, here are my favourite photos from rolls 9-15 with my Diana Mini.

Roll 9: Another tough decision but that lone sheeps with the blossom kills me everytime. (I love sheep!)

Roll 10: The vignetting says it all really...

3.jpg

Roll 11: When I took this Thomas's Dad said 'Oh that will be a good one.' and it was :)

4.jpg

Roll 12: Sometimes I wonder how this would have looked if it wasn't accidently on the bulb setting. But most of the time, I just adore it because it was...

5.jpg

Roll 13: An unxpected favourite from this roll but the colours make my heart sing.

Roll 14: Sunny, sunny Paris!

7.jpg

Roll 15: More sunny, sunny Paris :)

Hurray for my Diana Mini!

My favourite Diana Mini photos Part 1...

After the fun of looking through my Holga 135bc photos yesterday, I decided that it would be fun to go through the films that I've taken with my Diana Mini and pick my favourites of those too.

1.jpg

Roll 1 - I thought this roll was awful when I first saw it but with hindsight, the blur of the accidental bulb mode probably captured the weather and feeling of Cromer on the day we visited better than a clearer photo would have done...

2.jpg

Roll 2 - Edinburgh - I love the colours in this one.

3.jpg

Roll 3 - Edinburgh again. This photo has been one of my favourites since I took it.

7.jpg

Roll 4 - On the beach with Thomas - my favourite thing.

8.jpg

Roll 5 - Berwick Upon Tweed.

4.jpg

Roll 6 - Rescale - Another photo of Thomas

5.jpg

Roll 7 - More redscale and creepy Kirkstall Abbey.

6.jpg

Roll 8 - My first black and white film and a game changer with this camera.

It was a tough choice with this roll.

Can you tell I have no new photos to share? Haha, still looking through my photos is one of my favourite hobbies - with over 2000 photos in my Flickr now, I kind of forget all the ones I've taken, so it's nice to have little reminders like the photo above.

p.s. Anyone else loving the threaded comments too?

My favourite holga photos... Part 2!

In 2010 as part of my Holga Week I posted my favourite photos from my little holga's first 14 rolls of film... and I only just remembered that I was going to keep continuing with this!

So here are my favourite holga photos from rolls 15 - 21.

1.jpg

 Roll 15 - Breakfast in Krakow :)

2.jpg

Roll 16 - Winter Moon - one of my all time favourite photos that I've taken.

3.jpg

Roll 17 - This was one of those photos I just knew was going to look exactly as I wanted it too.

4.jpg

Roll 18 - The pop of red just makes this photo!

5.jpg

Roll 19 - This was a tough decision, but I took this spontaneously in the car and really it shouldn't have turned out this well... so I love it just because it did. (And I love photos of horses... I need to take more.)

6.jpg

Roll 20 - J'adore Paris!

7.jpg

Roll 21 - I just love the colours...

Like in my last post, it was harder to choose just the one photo from a roll than I thought... but gosh I still really love this camera! ALSOI finally figured out how to edit my template to incorporate the threaded comments (using this guide) and I AM EXCITED!!!

I can't wait to reply to you all properly (finally!) through them, so please check back if you leave a comment, I will be replying to them!

My favourite Holga photos... Part 1!

*warning - this is a long photo post*

Can you believe that since I've had my holga I've taken 14 rolls of film - thats more than one a month and I don't care to think how much money. It's been completely worth it though!

Each film has been a joy and I constantly find myself looking back through my photos, remembering exactly how I felt when I heard the shutter snap and I am always changing which photo is my favourite in each film...

So here is are my current favourites from each film that you may not have seen before.

Roll 1: I heart Kirkstall Abbey!

Roll 2: Our first holga shadow photos, I love the colours!

Roll 3: Hurray for Scarborough and double exposures!

Roll 4: A different side of Birmingham…

Roll 5: Me taking a picture of C taking a picture of G, taking a picture… haha, love it.
Oh and theres another gorgeous Abbey in the background…

Roll 6: I had to include Harry of course!

Roll 7: I love the mountains in the background.

Roll 8: The gorgeous beach at Llandwynn Island

Roll 9: Some pretty bikes in Caernarfon

Roll 10: I’m spotting a trend of bright colours and high contrast!

Roll 14: Kirkstall Abbey again, I love it.

Eee, I think I'm going to have to do a similar post again next year, this has been so much fun (though harder to pick just one from each roll than I thought) I love my holga!!

p.s. you guys are amazing, such a fantastic response to the giveaway, I'm happily overwhelmed.
